Logitech is a Swiss-American company founded in 1981 in Switzerland by Pierluigi Zappacosta and Daniel Borel. The company designs and produces computer peripherals, software, and accessories.

In 1982, Logitech released its first mouse, the Logitech P4. The company expanded its product range throughout the 1980s, adding joysticks and other input devices. In 2005, Logitech acquired web camera manufacturer QuickCam. Recent innovations include wireless charging and multi-device interconnectivity.
