Return Policy

Important Note

All returns must be logged via the RMA Portal before sending any items back. Unsolicited packages will be rejected.

1. Consumer Returns (CPA)

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, if you are a natural person (consumer) buying for personal use:

  • You may return goods within 7 days of delivery for any reason (Cooling-off Period).
  • Goods must be unopened, unused, and in original resellable packaging.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are for the customer's account.
  • A full refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection.

2. Business Returns (B2B)

For business-to-business transactions:

  • We do not accept returns of correctly supplied, non-defective goods unless authorized by management.
  • Authorized returns are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee.
  • "Build-to-Order" (CTO) servers and specialized networking gear are non-returnable once ordered.

3. Defective / Warranty Returns

If an item fails within its warranty period:

  • Log the fault via the RMA Portal.
  • If the unit is < 7 days old (DOA), we will arrange collection and immediate swap-out (stock permitting).
  • If the unit is > 7 days old, you must return it to our repair center. We will repair or replace it at our discretion.

4. Refunds

Refunds are paid to the original payment method only. No cash refunds. Credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
