2. What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Hardware failures under normal usage conditions.
- Firmware corruption caused by official updates.
3. What is NOT Covered
- Physical damage (drops, spills, cracks).
- Power surge damage (users are required to use compliant surge protection).
- Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modification.
- Software issues, virus infections, or OS corruption.
- Consumables (ink, toner) once opened.
Extended Warranties: Service Packs (Care Packs) can be purchased within 90 days of hardware purchase to extend coverage up to 5 years.
